The founder of SleepWell&Stressless is Dr. Inge Declercq, MD. She is a neurologist and certified sleep expert (ESRS board certified) with a broad complimentary pack of skills.  Inge is passionate about bringing her expertise to organisations and corporate world at all levels as well as a passionate guide leading people to healthy sleep, optimal performance, energy and well-being. Her trainings are made to optimise the participants' power of sleep, to help them manage stress levels and be able to disconnect, wether they are employees, manager, shift workers, or oversee travellers. 

Dr. Declercq combined medical studies and neurology specialisation at the KULeuven with a Bachelor in Philosophy at the ULBrussels. She has build up extensive clinical and teaching experience over many years. Furthermore, she is also a neuroscientist, she is trained in ICF certified Coaching, the Cognitive-Behavioral therapy of Insomnia (CBT-I), Chronobiology (the study of our biological rhythms), and in various stress-coping techniques. Actually, she combines her activities within SleepWell&Stressless with those at the Antwerp University Hospital (UZA).

The SleepWell&StressLess method©  is unique and based on the powerful and multi-disciplinary combination of science-based medical and neuroscientific knowledge with coaching and positive psychology,  stress-reduction techniques, various cognitive-behavioral skills and chronobiology. Trainings are always pragmatic and interactive. A lot of attention is given to a positive mindset and to what you can do during your day to optimise your night. The purpose is to provide participants with practical tools, tips and tricks to optimise their potential, sleep, energy, alertness, resilience and overal well-being.
