Does your company employ frequent travellers? Would you like to help them cope better with the negative consequences of jetlag?

After traveling a long distance by air over several timezones, your biological clocks will not be aligned anymore with the timezone you came from. The results of this misalignment are jetlag symptoms. You might recognize some of these: reduced alertness, reduced cognitive skills, night-time insomnia, daytime somnolence, headaches. Jetlag also leads to sleep deprivation.

Thanks to the workshop “Outsmart your Jetlag© participants will obtain a broad insight in jetlag mechanisms and most of all, many expert tips and tricks on how to efficiently manage their jetlag and its consequences. They will learn how to combine strategies to tackle jetlag such as correctly timed melatonin administration, adaptation of light exposure, sleep-wake hygiene measures, correct timing of food-intake and nutrition facts to adapt biological clocks faster to the new timezone.
