Heart coherence breathing (HC) is one such simple and efficient breathing technique that allows you to better manage stress and emotions and can have multiple positive effects on physical, mental and emotional health and on your sleep.
One of the effects of HC is to balance the production of stress hormones such as cortisol and activate the "rest and digest" system that is part of the autonomic nervous system.
This hands-on workshop offers a broad spotlight on stress and the link between sleep and stress, based on up-to-date neuro-scientific knowledge. Three practical breathing exercise sessions are covered so that participants can bring theory immediately into practice, feel the soothing effect and create motivation to apply it on a daily basis.
